Start-up self-employed workers; position year earlier, SBI 2008, features
Description
This table provides annual figures on the number of self-employed start-ups in the Netherlands. This concerns all persons aged 15 or over who start as self-employed persons in one year. Starting means that the reporting year’s income is recorded as a self-employed person, whereas this was not the case the previous year. The data can be broken down by sex, type of self-employment (in the start-up year), socio-economic position one year before the start of self-employment, industry (SBI 2008) in which one starts and the personal characteristics of age and position in the household.
