This table provides information on the four-weekly development of the
turnover of supermarkets.
Because financial reporting in the supermarket sector is often
based on periods of four weeks, there is a lot of demand from that industry.

2008 and in development rates (compared to the same

This table stopped per week 49-52 of 2010. The statistical survey that forms the basis of the results in this table has ended with effect from the 2011 reporting year. CBS does not publish a new table for the four-weekly figures. Revenue developments on a monthly basis remain available. These figures can be found in the table ‘Retail, turnover development, SBI 2008’, see point 3.
