Development plan Bramfeld 59 1st amendment Hamburg
Description
The Law on the Building Plan Bramfeld 59 of 8 March 1994 (HmbGVBl. P. 70), as amended on 11 June 1997 (HmbGVBl. P. 215, 225, 229) is amended as follows:
1.The attached “Appendix to the Ordinance amending the Law on the Building Plan Bramfeld 59” is added to the Act.
2.§ 2(1), first sentence is replaced by the following:
1ST. On the area of the commercial area referred to in the Annex to this Regulation as ‘(A)’, only small-scale craft enterprises shall be permitted.’
