Description
Important data of ports in the area of the Lower Elbe. The port database serves various purposes: 1. Evaluation of Elbefonds Foundation applications for eligible ports. 2. Determination of siltation rates and information on dredging methodologies in the various ports. 3. General information collection (operator, usage contracts, owner, object name and use) 4. Documentation of the impairment of ports through expansion measures as part of the preservation of evidence. All information is voluntary and does not claim to be complete. All port data in the area of investigation of the preservation of evidence of the fairway adaptation of the Elbe 1999/2000 are determined. These are the Elbe area from Geesthacht to See, as well as the tide-affected or closed tributaries.
