Water protected areas of the Saarland

Description

Water protected areas are designated at the request of a water supply company in an administrative procedure with public participation only for the protection of public water supply (drinking water supply). In Saarland, the protected areas are divided into three zones: Zone I (area representation WSG Drinking and service water barrier Nonnweiler) Zone II (The delimitation takes place according to the hydrogeological conditions calculated from the hydrogeological conditions of the flow of the groundwater from 50 days to the conveyor system. This zone is to be particularly protected against contamination by pathogenic germs and parasites, as they can enter the conveyor system) Zone III (this is the hydrogeologically defined catchment area of the conveyor system. The decommissioned areas are marked by the RELEASE attribute containing the corresponding date of cancellation. The following attribute information is available: No = number of the WSG, NAME = name of the WSG, BEGUENSTIG = beneficiary municipality, REQUIREMENT = Recording scale INFO = link to the associated metadata, REGULATION = legal basis, protection zone = protection zone = RECOMMENDATION = date of repeal of the WSG, VERORD = date of the initial regulation, AND_VERORD = date of further regulations, if any REGULATION = summary of REGULATION and AND_VERORD as text box for simple presentation, LAND = contains an abbreviation for the federal state, where the WSG is located, since parts of different areas are located in Rhineland-Palatinate, OIDEXT = merger of NR of the WSG, the protection zone and the federal state; these are required for a clearer presentation, and more. Zone I (area-like WSG drinking and service water barrier Nonnweiler) is generated and has no area-like accuracy. Grid 10 x 10 m.
