Healthcare institutions; financial figures, SBI 2008, 2007-2011
Description
By means of financial figures, this table provides insight into the loss and profit account, balance sheet and staff use of companies that are fully or partially financed by the Zorgverzekeringswet (Zvw) and the General Act on Special Medical Expenses (AWBZ) with the main activity of hospital care, mental health care, disabled care, nursing home care, care home care, home care, social care and women’s care and provincial-funded youth care. This concerns only publicly-financed corporate groups. The enterprise groups are classified by main economic activity in accordance with the Standard Business Classification (SBI) 2008. This is a so-called institutional approach which takes into account all the ancillary activities of the groups of undertakings considered.
Data available: 2007-2011.
Status of the figures:
The figures in the table for the last year under review are provisional. The figures for previous years are final, with the exception of the figures for 2010 of Youth Care with overnight stay and Ambulante Youth Care.
Amendments as of 22 October 2014:
This table has been discontinued and has been followed up by the new table ‘Care settings’; financial figures (see paragraph 3).
