Description
The development plan Bergedorf 82 for the area south of the S-Bahn station Nettelnburg (district Bergedorf district 602) is established. The area shall be limited as follows: Rahel-Varnhagen-Weg — via parcel 41 (train facilities) of the district Billwerder — Oberer Landweg — via the parcels 1823 to 1828, 278 and 303 of the district Billwerder — Nettelnburger Landweg — Rahel-Varnhagen-Weg — eastern border of parcel 4328 — eastern and southern border of parcel 4329 of the Allermöhe district — Ebner-Eschenbach-Weg.
