Description
The Rissen 40 development plan for the area south of Sülldorfer Landstraße between Ole Kohdrift and Rissener Busch (Altona district, district 226) is established.
The area shall be limited as follows:
Ole Kohdrift — Wedeler Landstraße — via parcels 3656, 587 and 4697 of the Rissen area — Grete-Nevermann-Weg — Sülldorfer Landstraße — via parcel 459, eastern boundary of the parcel 2466 of the Rissen area — Old Sülldorfer Landstraße — Rissener Landstraße — East borders.of parcels 4044 and 3915 of the Rissen area — Rissener Busch — Herwigredder — Raalandsweg -Achter de Höf — West boundary of parcels 784 and 785 of the Rissen area — Raalandsweg — West boundary of the parcel 762 of the Rissen area — Rissener Dorfstraße.
