Description
The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Sports and leisure centre” of the city of Laichingen from XPlanung 5.0. Description: On the one hand, this development plan legalises the existing stock and, on the other hand, creates the basis for an orderly further development of the sports and leisure centre through the expansion and completion of the facilities.
