Amphibian mapping in the Ennstal in Gesäuse 2010
Description
As part of the LIFE — Gesäuse project, an amphibious monitoring was carried out in the Gesäuse National Park (Steiermark). As early as 2007, the amphibian fauna in the valley floor was investigated, in 2010 a further mapping was carried out. The present report documents not only the actual state of amphibians in the groom, but also a comparison of the two years of examination. In addition, comments are given on the management measures carried out so far or suggested improvements and extensions thereof.
