Status of the figures:
The figures for 2016 and 2015 are further provisional. As this table has been discontinued, these figures are no longer definitive. Figures from the other years are final.

When are new figures coming?
No longer applicable. Due to a revision of the health accounts, this table was followed up by a new table 'Care expenditures; healthcare providers and funding' (see paragraph 3).
