In revision! - The topic contains all landscape elements currently listed in the Hanover region and protected under ยง29 BNatSchG. Protected landscape elements are legally binding parts of nature and landscape, the special protection of which is required either to maintain, develop or restore the performance and functionality of the natural balance, to revive, structure or maintain the site or landscape, to ward off harmful influences or because of their importance as habitats of certain wild animal and plant species.
