Development plans

Description

Reproduction of the scope of all legally binding and pending development plans with information on the state of proceedings in the city area of the state capital Dresden. Development plans contain the legally binding urban planning regulations for each individual parcel (also referred to as “land”) in its scope. The most important determinations of a development plan include the determination of the type and extent of the use of the building and the determination of the actual land area that can be built. In addition, land for transport use or agriculture can be defined, for example.
