Description
Representation of the areas of application of all legally binding and pending development plans with information on the status of the proceedings in the urban area of the state capital Dresden. Development plans contain the legally binding stipulations for the urban planning order for each individual parcel of land (also called "land") within its scope. The most important determinations of a development plan include the determination of the type and extent of structural use and the determination of the land areas that can actually be built on. In addition, land for transport or agriculture, for example, can be defined.
