Description
Death within 1 year of first hospitalisation of persons in the
registered population of the Netherlands, by age, gender and
diagnosis of hospitalisation according to a selection from the list
of major causes of death (Beldo).
The Beldo List is a list of major primary causes of death
it is divided into 94 diagnostic groups. The classification is almost in line with the
European Shortlist, as used by Eurostat. ICD9 code: 001-999.

These are final outcomes.
Changes compared to the previous version:
This table was discontinued after reporting year 2005. The reason for this is that the
source registration has not become sufficiently covering. As a result, this
statistics are no longer properly distracted.
