JHS 174 Service Level Classification of ICT Services
Description
The purpose of this Recommendation is to define service levels and quality criteria for key continuous ICT services used in public administration. The objective is to harmonise the quality attributes used in selected continuous ICT services by means of a national service level classification, thereby improving the interoperability of information systems and services for both the individual operator and services that cross the operator’s and process boundaries. This Recommendation describes the key quality terminology related to service levels, the quality parameters typically used in ICT services and the recommended service level classification of a few key ICT services.
