Right of pre-emption in sensitive natural areas of the department of Puy-de-Dôme — Continuous update
Description
In order to implement the sensitive natural areas provided for in Article L. 113-8 of the Urban Planning Code, the department may create pre-emption zones. The arrangements for establishing and exercising this right of pre-emption are laid down in Articles L215-1 et seq. and R215-1 et seq. of the Urban Planning Code
