3D street tree cadastre Hamburg
Description
This dataset depicts the street tree cadastre Hamburg in 3D. The tree locations and other attributes are based on the street tree register of Hamburg (as of 09/2021). The tree heights for the 3D tree models were derived from the Airborne Laserscan point cloud (collection date 04/2022).
The tree height is calculated from the difference between the highest point within the crown radius and the floor height of the site (cut with DGM1, as of 04/2022). For tree sites that are not shown with a 3D tree model, heights could not be determined from the ALS data.
The calculated tree height may differ from reality.
Depending on the tree species or genus, the trees are visualised using a standard tree model. There are tree models in the form of young, medium and adult. Trees that are younger than 20 years according to the planting year are visualised in the form ‘young’, trees older than 70 years in the form ‘adult’, the intervening planting years in the form ‘medium’.
There are two records, one summer trees (leaved) and one winter trees (unleaved).
