The building plan Klostertor 11/St. Georg 41 for the scope around the former post building chicken post between Kurt-Schumacher-Allee — railway site on the Münzstraße — Amsinckstraße and railway site at the Klostertor is determined.
The area shall be limited as follows:
West boundary of parcels 978, 2205 and 2206 (Straße Klostertor) of the area of St. Georg-Süd — over the parcels 1520 and 1912, west boundary of the parcel 1912, over the parcel 1912 of the district Altstadt-Nord
—North boundary of parcel 2242 (Road Chicken Post), western boundary of the parcel 1813 of the area of St. Georg-Süd -West boundary of parcels 1907 and 1908, over the parcels 1908, 1912 and 1908 of the district Altstadt-Nord — north border of the parcel 1813, via parcel 987 (Münzstraße), northeast boundary of parcel 987 (Münzstraße), via parcel 2157, eastern boundary of parcel 2157, via parcels 2157 and 987 (Münzstraße), southern boundary of parcel 984 (Chicken Post Street), east boundary of parcel 983 (Schultzweg) of the area of St. Georg-Süd — Norderstraße — east and north boundary of the parcel 1824, north and east boundary of the parcel 1710, west and north boundary of the parcel 2203 (Spaldingstraße), via parcel 2203 of the landmark St. Georg-Süd — Repsoldstraße-Nordkanalstraße — Amsckinstraße.
