Description
The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Kleb II” of the municipality of Malterdingen from XPlanung 5.0. Description: The development plan area “Kleb II” is located on the western outskirts of the municipality of Malterdingen and borders to the east the road “Im Kleb” as well as the existing residential development and the food market (construction area Kleb).
