Description
GE.Jordarter 1:200,000, Västernorrland is a transformed version of SGU's product Jordarter 1:200,000, Västernorrland in order to meet the INSPIRE data specification for the theme Geology by coding according to GeoSciML 4.1.
The map gives a very general picture of soil conditions in the parts of Västernorrland County where SGU lacks more detailed soil information. It will be gradually replaced by soil maps in the scale range 1:25 000 to 1:100 000. The map should be used with great caution when analysing and assessing soil conditions.
