2022 budget data of the City of Frankfurt am Main
Description
The obligation to draw up a budget arises from § 95 of the Hessian Municipal Code (HGO). It serves as a basis for the municipal budget management and authorises the magistrate to pay expenses and disbursements and to enter into commitments. According to § 101 HGO, the budget is divided into a profit and financial planning. The investment programme is part of the financial planning. The 2022 budget includes the years 2022 to 2025 in the financial programming.
The 2022 budget was approved by the City Council of Frankfurt am Main. The supervisory authority has approved the obligatory determinations for the financial year 2022. The 2022 budget became final on 02/12/2022.
