Description
This table describes the changes in the investments of institutional investors in direct real estate. It shows which part of the changes comes from buying and selling, and what part is due to revaluations. In particular for revaluations, it is important to know that it is based on investor reports.
Data available from 1999 to 2017, quarterly figures from 2003 to 2017.
Status of the figures:
The results until 2015 are final, the results from 2016 are provisional. As this table has been discontinued, the data will no longer be definitive.

When are new figures coming?
No longer applicable.
In the context of the strategic cooperation between CBS and DNB, a new division of tasks has been agreed. Institutional investors are explicitly covered by DNB’s area of activity. The publication of tables by CBS with regard to institutional investors is therefore discontinued. DNB delivers results on institutional investors to the OECD. More information can be found in section 3, including links to the results published by the OECD.
