GDI-SBV: Land protection of the Saxony DS Road Construction Administration (SN)
Description
This data set was compiled by LISt GmbH on behalf of the State Ministry of Economics, Labour and Transport (SMWA) and the State Office for Road Construction and Transport (LASuV). It contains the existence of the properties on which the Saxon Roads Administration has a right or an obligation in accordance with the Federal Highways Act (FStrG) in conjunction with the Saxon Roads Act (SächsStrG). The GE/Office Property Procedure is used to carry out the technical supervision of the Saxon Road Construction Administration with regard to the obligations associated with the construction and maintenance as well as the maintenance of the road safety of state and federal roads.
The data is entered and maintained by the Saxon Road Construction Administration.
