Vulnerability of national monuments to climate change - various themes
Description
This dataset contains the result of risk analyses on the vulnerability of national monuments to various topics related to climate change. The national monuments have been laid over (grid) map layers and the relevant risk classes have been given. The topics covered are:
- Flood risk: risk of flood damage of national monuments outside the dikes.
- Soil subsidence: risk of national monuments for land subsidence.
- Drought and salinisation:
- Risk of drought of green/blue heritage based on the average lowest groundwater level in 2050.
- Risk of salinisation of green/blue heritage based on height of brackish groundwater.
- Flooding caused by heavy precipitation: risk of flooding after short-term heavy precipitation of more than 140mm.
Classes in vulnerability have been determined per subject, assessed on the basis of the values given by the (grid) map layers.
The data is processed in a viewer.
