Invalid MFA land register plans
Description
The invalid MFA land register plans (Mensuration fédérale ancienne) were created on cardboard carriers in the format of 100/70 cm. These are semi-graphic surveys. According to the first guidelines at the federal level, they were created from 1911 and until the 1940s. They were reproduced on the basis of the original MFA minute plans. They were followed up manually and served as a basic plan for the management of the federal land register until the digitisation of the survey. These plans are partly archived in the land registry offices and at the Office of Surveying and Geomatics. They have been scanned and are available in part of the territory of the canton of Freiburg.
