Appointment card for 2019
Description
Designation cards for 2019 have been used in connection with the 2019 Mini Wet Area Scheme and show the areas in which grant commitments for a mining area can be applied for in this scheme. The map indicates suitable, potentially suitable and not suitable area. This ensures that the mining areas will have a good effect and lie in a coastal catchment area with a nitrogen reduction requirement. The designation card is made so that it excludes areas classified as low floor in the river valley or catchment area to low ground in the river valley, as large wetlands or low-floor projects are often more suitable instruments here.
