Energy consumption industry (excluding energy sector); energy carriers, 1975-2012
Description
This table shows the consumption of energy by companies in the industrial sector, except by companies in the energy sector. The industry in the Standard Business Classification 2008 consists of companies in the mining, industry and construction industries. Energy consumption is broken down by energy carrier, such as natural gas, oil, coal and biofuels.
Data available:
From 1975 per year, from 1999 to 2010 per year and quarterly and from 2011 to 2012 per year.
Status of the figures:
All figures up to and including 2012 reporting year are final.
Changes as of 6 February 2014:
