Persons using WLZ care in kind; delivery form, zzp, quarter
Description
This table shows the number of people who use care in kind financed by the Long-Term Care Act (Wlz) on the reference date of the quarter. Persons with use without Wlz-indication of the Center Indication Care are counted in this table. This also includes persons who are Wlz-indicable and persons who use Wlz-care that falls under partner residence. Persons who use care in kind on the basis of one of the subsidy schemes are excluded.
The figures are broken down by form of care, care-gravity package (ZZP) and form of care. In the case of accommodation, the care-gravity package is further broken down by accommodation with or without treatment; for partner residence and sector totals, this breakdown is not made.
The preliminary quarterly figures are published on persons who have ever been registered in the Personal Records Database (BRP). Further provisional and final figures are published for persons who are registered in the BRP on the reference date.

Status of figures:
The figures up to 2021 are final. The 2022 figures are further preliminary. The figures for 2023 are provisional.
Changes as of 19 June 2024:
Preliminary figures for Q4 2023 have been added.
Changes as of 15 December 2023:
- Preliminary figures for the second quarter of 2023 have been added.
- Figures for 2022 and the first quarter of 2023 have been revised.
- In 2021, new performance codes were introduced for part-time stay, which were wrongly classified in this table not as 'stay without treatment' but as 'stay'. This has now recovered with the figures for the reporting years 2021 and 2022 for all quarters and for the first quarter of 2023. This change results in an increase of less than 1% in the number of people staying without treatment. This increase is taking place in the disability care sector.
When will there be new figures?
The provisional figures shall be published no later than 6 months after the end of the quarter. No later than one year after the end of the calendar year, the figures will become more provisional. No later than two years after the end of the calendar year, the figures will become final.
