Innovation in businesses; Cooperation and barriers to innovation
Description
This table provides data on innovation in Dutch companies. Figures are available on the number of innovators who have collaborated with one or more partners in carrying out innovation activities. In addition, figures are available on barriers that have had an impact on the implementation of these activities.
The data is the result of a biennial innovation survey carried out on a sample of holdings with 10 or more persons employed. A survey covers three years, for example 2016 to 2018 (this is the reporting period). The last year in a survey is the same as the first year in the next survey. This means that there is a partial overlap between the periods.
The figures are broken down by company size and by industry according to the Standard Industry Classification 2008 (SIC 2008).

The results of the Innovation Survey 2018-2020 will be published in the third quarter of 2022.
