XPlanning data set BPL “Löffler-Areal”
Description
The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding settlements for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the “Löffler-Areal” development plan of the municipality of Seelbach from XPlanung 5.0. Description: The size of the planned area is about 0.25 ha (2.491 m²) and is limited by: in the north: Residential development/Freidhofweg (Flst No. 431), in the east: Green areas (Council No 99/4), in the south: Residential development, in the west: ‘Haupstraße’ (L102).
