ICT use in small businesses; industry and company size, 2018
Description
This table contains figures on the use of information and communication technology (ICT) by companies with 2 or more employees. The data can be broken down by company size and industry. Normally, research into the use of ICT by companies is limited to companies with 10 or more employees. In 2018, this study, with a slightly less extensive questionnaire, was also carried out among companies with 2 to 10 employees. In order to compare the ICT use of small businesses with those of larger companies, part of the results of the large companies is also included in this table. The reporting period is the year 2018. However, a number of topics relate to the year 2017. In such cases, this shall be stated in the explanatory memorandum to the relevant subject.

The figures in this table are final.
Changes as of June 2020:
Improvement in the subject of purchasing via EDI purchase value >= 2 % of the total turnover this must be Purchase value >= 2 % of the total purchase.
When will there be new figures?
Figures for 2019 will be available in December 2019.
