District boundary

Description

The **districts** geographically, numbered and by name. The municipality has divided the city into 7 districts, 20 districts and 116 neighborhoods. The classification is used in policy and management; measurement instruments such as neighbourhood statistics and neighbourhood thermometer are based on it. In general, a neighborhood is a coherent piece of housing, without cutting through major roads or other barriers, and the neighborhood is recognizable in name and boundary by the population.
