Inhabited dwellings; age residents, WOZ value, region, 2009-2012
Description
This table contains information on purchase and rental properties by WOZ value class, household composition and the age and origin of the main resident of the home. These data are known for the Netherlands and by country, province and COROP area. This is always about the stand as of 1 January.
The data shown relates to inhabited own and rental properties. This is therefore excluding residential units, special residential buildings and recreational homes that are not primarily used for residential purposes. It is also housing occupied by private households. Housing inhabited by institutional households is therefore excluded.

When are new figures coming?
The tables for homes and residents have been discontinued because no new figures can be produced using the method used. Since 2012, CBS has switched to the BAG. The method on which the tables are based is the Housing Register. There are population differences and definition differences between the two registers. In June 2018, a customised table will therefore be published about homes and residents together with a web article.
