Environmental regulation, Rural area
Description
The Rural Area is one of three locations that, together with Stedelijkgebied and Natuur Netwerk Brabant, has been included in Noord-Brabant. These three sites are the main structures of the Environmental Regulation and do not overlap with each other.
The Environmental Ordinance contains rules of instruction to prevent, among other things, unnecessary new land take in the rural area and to ensure a quality improvement of the landscape during various developments, such as new construction of homes.
