Inhabited dwellings; income residents, WOZ value, region, 2009-2012
Description
This table contains information on property and rental properties by WOZ value class, household composition, gross income and origin of the main resident of the dwelling. This data is known for the Netherlands and per country, province and COROP area It is always about the status as of 1 January.
The data shown relate to occupied and rented dwellings. This is therefore excluding residential units, special residential buildings and recreational homes that are not mainly used for residential purposes. In addition, these are homes that are inhabited by private households. Housing occupied by institutional households is therefore not considered.

When will there be new figures?
The tables for homes and residents have been discontinued, as no new figures can be produced using the method used. Since 2012, CBS has switched to the BAG. The method on which the tables are based is the Housing Register. Population differences and definition differences exist between the two registers. In June 2018, a tailor-made table will therefore be published about homes and residents together with a web article.
