WFS NW ALKIS Floor Plan Data Simplified Schema (GID7)
Description
The real estate register is maintained in electronic form in the Official Real Estate Register Information System (ALKIS). This web feature service enables the targeted download of geo-objects managed in ALKIS on the basis of a search query (direct access download service). The service provides only the following spatial objects limited to the essential properties in the format of a simplified data exchange scheme defined in the ‘AdV product specification ALKIS-WFS and output formats (Shape, CSV)’ (see www.adv-online.de): Land plots [without owners], buildings, actual uses, administrative units, cadastral districts. The service is designed for use in simple, practical GIS clients without complex functionalities. Output formats are Shape and XML. If multiple attributes exist (e.g. actual usages or addresses), they are listed sequentially in the corresponding attribute by defined separators. In 2024, all cadastral authorities are to switch to the new AAA application scheme 7.1.2 (GID7). The service provides the secondary database property cadastre for the districts and district-free cities, which have already switched to the new data model. Data are updated on a quarterly basis. The URL of the services is only offered temporarily until the database is available nationwide (perspectively until Q1 2025). Subsequently, the data will be available in the new data model among the previously known services. State of play of the data used: 01.07.2024.
