Flemish inventory of unsuitable and uninhabitable homes via POI service

Description

Location and address details of dwellings on the Flemish inventory of unsuitable and uninhabitable dwellings. The data is updated daily. The following types occur: dwellings declared unfit and/or uninhabitable by the mayor on the basis of Book 3 in the Flemish Housing Code of 2021 and dwellings declared uninhabitable by the mayor on the basis of Article 135 of the New Municipal Act.A decision on unfitness and/or uninhabitability is issued if a dwelling does not meet the minimum standards of safety, health and housing quality. This can be done for single-family homes, apartments, as well as rooms. In one building, therefore, several houses can be on the inventory.
