REDIAM. WMS Geological Map of Andalusia
Description
WMS Service corresponding to the Geological Map of Andalusia prepared from the Atlas of Andalusia (volume II) by the Ministry of Environment of the Junta de Andalucía. Developed from the Mining Geological Map 1:400,000, adjusted with satellite images, this map aims to show the large geostructural units (Macizo Hespérico and Cadenas Béticas) in which the Andalusian territory can be divided according to the lithology series, the geological periods in which its genesis and development took place, the processes that shaped it and the main structures that characterize it. Node of the Andalusian Environmental Information Network. Regional Government of Andalusia. Integrated in the Spatial Data Infrastructure of Andalusia, following the guidelines of the Cartographic System of Andalusia.
