Description
This table shows the housing stock at 31 December from 1947 broken down by parts of the country, provinces and municipalities.
All municipalities are listed in the table in the current province.
As a result, the province of Flevoland also has data for the years before 1986.
Municipalities that have moved to another province:
Noordoostpolder transferred from Overijssel to Flevoland on 1 January 1986;
Oudewater transferred from Zuid-Holland to Utrecht on 1 September 1970;
Urk transferred from Overijssel to Flevoland on 1 January 1986;
Vianen transferred from Zuid-Holland to Utrecht on 1 January 2002;
Woerden transferred from Zuid-Holland to Utrecht on 1 January 1989.

Frequency: Twice a year
Status of the figures:
Final.
When will there be new figures?
This table was discontinued after the publication of the 2011 figures.
The reason for the discontinuation is that these figures come from another source from 2012 onwards. In order to prevent trend breaks within one table, the data on changes in the housing stock as of the year 2012 will be published in new tables, see paragaraaf 3.
