New-build homes; building permits, completed, 1995-2012
Description
In this table, figures are published on:
— the number of new-build homes for which ‘building environmental permits with activity’ (formerly building permits) have been granted;
— the number of new homes to be completed.
— the number of new homes completed.
This data shall be broken down according to the following characteristics:
— region: districts, provinces, COROP areas, urban regions, metropolitan agglomerations and municipalities;
— principals;
— form of ownership.
And for the finished dwellings:
— housing size number of rooms;
— house type single-family and multi-family houses.
Data available from 1995 to 2011.
Status of the figures:
The figures in this table are final.
When are new figures coming?
This table was discontinued as of 29 March 2013.
Reason for cessation:
This table was no longer updated after the reporting period 2011 with figures on finished new homes.
As of January 2012, these figures come from the Basic Registrations Addresses and Buildings (BAG) and will be published in new tables in May 2013.
The figures on permits for new-build homes are continued in a new table ‘New-build homes, permits’ (see also paragraph 3)
