Description
The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding settlements for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Lindenstraße/Erlenweg – 1st amendment” of the municipality of Wäschenbeuren from XPlanung 5.0. Description: The construction line in the Flst. 1221/1 has been adapted to allow for development. The method of fixing is a general residential area.
