Description
A vehicle.km = the movement of a vehicle over the distance of one km on the road network of the entity. The estimate is in line with the figures published by the SPFMT(‘General Census of Circulation 2005’ Brochure No. 32 and above all its Supplement Brochure No. 37). which are in addition to the Five-Year Census published since 1949 in accordance with the rules of the Economic and Social Council for Europe of the United Nations in Geneva. Depending on the road network concerned, different methods are used.
