Share of non-urbanised land supply for housing in the sector plan

Description

This is the ratio between the area of land theoretically (still) available for urbanisation and all the land assigned to the habitat (areas of habitat and habitat of a rural nature) in the area plan. IWEPS calculations based on cadastral data from the General Administration of Heritage Documentation of FPS Finance and DGO4.
