New-build homes; output price index construction costs 2005-2012
Description
The series output price index of new homes, 2005 = 100 indicates the evolution of the construction costs of new homes. This series is based on all categories of new homes. The intended construction costs include the general costs and profit & risk of the contractor but excluding the land costs and costs of the developer or broker.
The basic material for this statistics is derived from data reported by municipalities to CBS from building permits for new homes issued by them.
In the table you can select the following topics:
— price indices including value added tax (VAT),
— percentage changes series including VAT compared to 4 quarters earlier.
— price indices excluding VAT,
— percentage changes set excluding VAT compared to 4 quarters earlier.
Data available from the 1st quarter 2005 to the 4th quarter of 2012.
Status of the figures:
All the figures in this table are final.
