JHS 173 Development of ICT services: Specification of requirements
Description
The purpose of this Recommendation is to provide guidance to organisations acquiring information systems in the procurement of the system by providing guidance and templates to define the requirements of the system. The Recommendation is based on good practices in the public sector and guidance developed by different organisations. This recommendation is part of the ICT services development series. As a step, the recommendation takes place after the preliminary study. (18.8.2011)
