Territorial Coherence Schemes (SCOT) approved in Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes
Description
The scots were created to replace the old master plans by the Solidarity and Urban Renewal Act (SRU) of 13 December 2000.
They enable municipalities belonging to the same basin of life to bring their policies in the areas of urban planning, housing, commercial settlements, travel and the environment into line, while respecting the principle of subsidiarity.
The data provided shows the scots whose department of competence is in Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes but also those of a neighbouring region of which at least one municipality is in Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes.
The perimeters of the approved scots are provided. For the schemes identified as “under revision”, this is the scope of the approved document and not the scope of the draft revision.
