Public registers under Article 45(1) of the Waste Management Act
Description
The Executive Environment Agency administers the National Waste Information System, which, pursuant to Article 45(1) of the Waste Management Act, maintains public registers of:

1. the permits under Art. 67 of the WMA, including those of them with terminated effect;
2. persons placing on the market batteries and accumulators, including those incorporated in appliances and motor vehicles;
3. persons who place EEE on the market;
4. persons who place on the market mineral or synthetic oils;
5. persons placing on the market tyres and/or rubber tracks;
6. persons carrying out activities as a trader under § 1, item 45 of the additional provisions of the WMA or as a broker under § 1, item 5 of the additional provisions of the WMA;
7. the registration documents under Art. 78 of the WMA, including those of them with terminated effect;
8. persons placing plastic carrier bags on the market;
9. sites for activities with HFCM, WEEE, ELVs and WBA;
10. producers of waste that have ceased to be waste in the cases referred to in Article 5(2) and in accordance with the acts of the European Commission adopted in accordance with Article 6(2) of Directive 2008/98/EC;
11. persons in whose production process a substance or object is defined as a by-product under Article 4 of the Waste Management Act;
12. persons who place packaged goods on the market.
The registers are up-to-date as of 14.11.2024.
