Construction; value added (SBI 1993), index 2000=100 and changes;1995-2011
Description
This table contains figures on the value added of the construction industry.
This is a production indicator for the construction industry. This indicator
aims to develop the volume of value added ( base prices) in
the construction industry according to the Standard Business Classification 1993
(SBI. 45) to display. The figures have been adjusted to the national
accounts 2009 and the Quarterly Accounts.
The figures have been adjusted for price changes.
The changes in volume are changes relative to the same period
previous year. The volume indices are based on 2000 = 100.
Data available from January 1995.
Status of the figures:
The figures are in line with the value added figures in the
Quarterly and National (Annual) Accounts. Because of this, the
figures are provisional for a long time. The connection to the National
financial statements are successively related to the Provisional, Further Provisional and
Final estimate. For the quarterly figures, it relates to the
results of both the first (‘flash’) estimate of the Quarterly Accounts,
6 weeks after the end of a quarterly report and the second (‘regular’)
estimate published approximately 3 months after the end of a quarterly report
become. The adjustments are made at the moment that a new
monthly digit is added to the series. More information about the

Amendments as of 23 June 2011:
The SBI 1993 table has been discontinued. The added value of the
construction is presented in the future according to the SBI 2008.
