Statistical review of juvenile sentences 1999-2019
Description
In 2019, the production of juvenile sentence statistics (JUSUS) was discontinued after 21 years. It was replaced by a more modernised and comprehensive statistic: the Juvenile Punishment and Sanctions Punishment Statistics (Jusas). This is the reason for the BFS to publish a review of 21 years of JUSUS. On the basis of more than 40 annotated graphs, an overview of the development and structure of the juvenile judgments issued between 1999 and 2019 will be provided. With this publication, the JUSUS will be completed.
